| KCRS988 Mechanical Recombiner
is a kind of equipment that duplicate hologram by the
principle of heating and pressure, using the machine,one
can use small size hologram making big one. The system
contains heating head、temperature controlling system、oil
pressure system、two dimensional transformation table and
computer. The specification of KCRS988: table resolution
0.1mm, die area size up to 40X40mmxmm, recombining area
up to 150X150mmxmm. |
| The examples of the application: |
| 1. The system can be used
with KCLM958 light machine as master making system for
wide wed embossing. By using KCRS988 and KCLM958 together,
the efficiency of KCLM958 light machine can be speed up
greatly, the combination of KCRS988 and KCLM958 compose
the mastering system for wide web embossing production
line. As to the anti-counterfeit label mastering, the
system can shorten the time of mastering. |

| 2. Enhance mastering quality and success
rate As far as the mastering for anti-counterfeit purpose, KCRS988
recombiner system can not only make the master for holographic
stereogram、3D hologram and special coded hologram, etc which
can only be mastered one by one, but also enhance consistency
and equability of holographic mastering. Sometimes the master
has been destroyed by some kind of mistakes, if there is still
a complete image, then we can use the combine system to resume
the whole master and abtain high success rate of production. |
| 3. Special mastering system First project,
mastering several kinds of labels on one photoresist plate,
and then recombine them by using KCRS988 one by one, so it can
not only enhance the production efficiency, but also lower the
production cost. Second project, taking the advantage of the
recoverable ability of recombining(if two different images are
embossed in the same position, then the later will cover the
former completely), several different images can be made on
one plate together with some unexpected effect. |
