KineMax Master-making System (KM) is different from the traditional Maser-making System (DM). DM machine exposes one grating pixel at one shot*however KM machine records the hologram fragment containing various grating pixels. In the DM system, the relation of the resolution and the working speed is inverse ratio, while KM system can keep working at a high speed and resolution in the same time*DM system uses moving grating generating heads*while KM system has no moving parts besides XY-positioning table*the moving times of the XY-positioning table are much less than those in DM machine so as to reduce much vibration. We use a high reliable*small and durable semi-conductor laser instead of the most commonly used Helium-Cadmium lasers. Our laser is switched on/off electronically, thus eliminating the need for mechanical shutters*KM system is the most advanced master-making system in the holographic industry of the world. KM system not only performs all of the function of DM, but also makes more types of the holograms. KM is flexible*user friendly DOVID mastering system.
