1. Uses and
Characteristics of 1200E
Model 1200E Embossing Machine is professionally designed
for embossing holographic images on wide-breadth PVC,
OPP and the coated PET film. The rollers of the
embossing machine are the kind of specially designed
rubber rollers, with remarkable hardness and precision,
as well as the characteristic of heat resistance and
pressure resistance. The geometry precision of
the rollers is only less than the rollers made by hard
alloy. The rollers are droved with servo motors. The
preheat roller and the plate roller are supplied with
the oil heating system, with the heat control precision
±1.5℃,
to match the requirement of the embossing machine in
respect of the heat control. The embossing machine is
equipped with the stageless transmission system. The
releasing roll and the winding roll are installed with
the electromagnetic brake and clutch, which are
controlled by the feedback signals, being sent out from
the pressure sensor that records the film’s responses to
the pressure.
The whole operation procedures are accomplished by the
operation on the LCD screen. |
